Consumers, i.e. any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or predominantly outside their trade, business, craft or profession, have the right to withdraw under the following conditions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Esoft24 GmbH, Senator-Braun-Allee 9, 31135 Hildesheim, Germany, Tel.: +49 3221 2292585, Email: shop@Esoft24.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the delivered goods resulting from unnecessary handling by you. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, you have confirmed that you are aware that by consenting to the start of performance of the contract you will lose your right of withdrawal, and we have sent you a contract confirmation reproducing the contract content, including the foregoing provisions on the early expiry of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
